Do you have any banknotes that will become invalid?

A number of older banknotes and the 1000-krone banknote from the current series will no longer be legal tender after 31 May 2025. Cash is needed in Denmark – and it also be needed in the future. Therefore, Denmark will have new banknotes from 2028-2029.
