Issuance and buybacks

The Danish Debt Management Office regularly offers bonds at auctions and also participates in the secondary market through tap issuance and buybacks of off-the-run securities. Furthermore, switch auctions are held regularly to support liquidity in government bonds.

Issuance and buybacks in DGBs

Table shows trading activity by the DMO for the selected date in million kr. Net-issuance is defined as issuance net of buybacks and redemptions. Month-to-date (MTD) and year-to-date (YTD) are calculated based on the valuedate of the transactions up until the selected date. Redemptions are visible in the table at maturity date.
