Open the door to a promising career start

Danmarks Nationalbank is an important knowledge bank internationally and which offers good working conditions. There is a high level of expertise and the learning curve is steep, but your colleagues will be keen to share their knowledge, and we’ll make sure you are well equipped for your work.

Each year, we welcome new colleagues: new graduates or students interning with us as part of their study programmes. We focus on diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities, and your manager plays a key role in creating a strong team spirit and in bringing out the best in you and your colleagues. Your professional and personal development must be nourished through recognition, sound management and the ability to bring our respective differences into play. We really mean it when we say that your development is paramount.

DNA for all new graduates

As a recently qualified graduate, you will become part of our two-year Danmarks Nationalbank Academy (DNA) when you join us. You will attend courses in professional communication, presentation techniques, full-time balance, project management, facilitation and visual communication. You will also be assigned a personal mentor who supports and advises you throughout the process.

An important part of the DNA program is that you thrive and have social interactions with the 35 other new graduates in the bank. The social activities in DNA are organized by two chairpersons, who plan social events and professional presentations with both internal and external speakers.
