Monthly and yearly reporting

Large companies with significant financial balances with foreign entities must report these monthly to Danmarks Nationalbank.

Reports

  • Monthly reporting of financial balances with foreign counterparties (ERHVM)
  • Yearly reporting of financial information on all consolidated entities (ERHVA)
  • Quarterly reporting of financial information on foreign consolidated entities (KFIU)

Reporting deadlines

  • Monthly reports must be submitted no later than 12:00 on the 10th business day after the end of the relevant reporting month.
  • Quarterly reports must be submitted no later than two months after the end of the relevant quarter.
  • Yearly reports must be submitted no later than four months after the end of the financial year if the company is listed, and no later than five months after the end of the financial year if the company is unlisted.
