Here you will find information on how investment funds report to Danmarks Nationalbank.

Reporting deadlines

  • The IFS-report can be submitted from the 1st banking day and latest on the 8th banking day at 13:00.
  • The IFM-report can be sumbitted when Danmarks Nationalbank have approved the IFS-report and  latest on the 10th banking day at 13:00.
  • The IFQ-report can be submitted when Danmarks Nationalbank have approved the IFS-report and  latest on the 10th banking day at 13:00.
  • The IFY-report can be submitted from February 1st and latest at the end of February.

Reporting guidelines

The reporting guidelines lay down and describe the terms and conditions and requirements for the collection of statistical information by Danmarks Nationalbank, including:

  • The legal basis for collecting the statistics
  • Enterprises with reporting obligations
  • Frequencies and deadlines
  • Content and structure of the reporting
    • Information to be reported (delimitation)
    • Compilation and valuation principles
    • Details (instruments, sectors, industries, maturities, currencies etc.)
    • Descriptions of the individual reporting forms
  • Replacement reports in the event of errors and/or omissions

The reporting guidelines are revised as required. The reporting funds and relevant trade associations are normally involved in the work. This ensures that everyone involved understands the changes.
