Press conferences

Danmarks Nationalbank conducts two press conferences a year, where we present the outlook for the Danish economy and the development and assessment of monetary and financial trends. On this page you will find previous press conferences and information for journalists and photographers.

Most recent press conference

At the press conference, Governor Christian Kettel Thomsen presented a new forecast for the Danish economy. The overall message was that there are prospects for moderate progress and stable prices in Denmark, but that there is still a need for monetary and fiscal policy to support low and stable inflation.

If you want to sign up for a press conference or have questions, please contact us by email kommunikation@nationalbanken.dk. To access the press conferences, journalists and photographers must be registered in advance and present a valid press card.

When you sign up for our mailing list for press conferences, we process the contact information you have provided in connection with your registration.

The purpose is to continuously send you news about press conferences, invitations and the like.

Processing of the data is necessary to carry out our exercise of authority (Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The information may be entrusted to external suppliers, including data processors who assist Danmarks Nationalbank with the operation of the company.
